mixed feelings about this stay
noisy street non-functional fridge
the breakfast was satisfactory.
My room faced a very noisy street. Therefore, sleep was difficult. i also found the mini fridge was non-functional. consequently, i could not store any perishable items.

mixed experience with room issues
sunken mattress broken shower
the main issue was the room i booked. the mattress was old and sunken. the shower did not work properly, disappointing. one of the windows lacked blinds, so early morning sunlight streamed in. it made sleeping difficult.

convenient carpark warm welcome complimentary water
the location was superb with convenient car park access behind the building i received a warm welcome from the manager audrey who assisted with baggage the room included a ceiling fan and a cool box with complimentary water
the road outside was quite noisy

the staff provided attentive service audrey the manager was particularly helpful and friendly ensuring i felt welcomed and attended to throughout my stay i noted her professional and warm approach

breakfast included a fresh fruit salad with yogurt and a generous cafetiere of coffee the menu offered a good selection catering to various preferences the breakfast room provided views of the seafront enhancing the experience
